Placing Your Order

• You may place an order securely on-line via Credit, Debit Cards or PayPal Secure Payments
• The order will be confirmed by return e-mail
• The price shown for the goods does not include delivery charge unless otherwise stated
• Payment is accepted by Credit/Debit card or PayPal securely on-line. You do not have to have a PayPal account

Delivery

• We aim to despatch orders received before 2pm the same day
• To avoid disappointment please allow 7 days for delivery
• Goods will be dispatched by Royal Mail or the courier of our choice

• The Gift Chart you receive will be produced to the design illustrated and described and personalised with the details given when the item was ordered
• We want you to be pleased with your purchase so if you have any concerns upon receipt please contact us immediately by email or telephone
• If we are unable to resolve your concerns by replacing the 'day you were born Chart' insert and you wish to cancel your order we will accept the complete item back and issue a refund when it is received

Right to Cancel

• You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving your order
• Please notify us within 7 days in writing and further instructions for their return and possible return charges will be given
• All cancelled orders must be returned unopened
